About
Proclaiming Christ from Texas to Taiwan
Gospel Taiwan
“Gospel Taiwan: Gospel Ministry from Texas to Taiwan, our mission is to faithfully proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ, making His love and truth known both locally and globally. Rooted in our calling to serve as a community of believers in Texas and as missionaries in Taipei, Taiwan, we are committed to sharing the life-transforming power of the gospel through Bible teaching, discipleship, and theological education.
Locally, we engage the international community through outreach programs like ESL ministry, fostering connections and opening doors for gospel conversations. In Taiwan, we focus on equipping believers and seekers with a deep understanding of God’s Word, raising up disciples who live for Christ, and nurturing leaders to impact their communities with theological depth and practical faith.
This mission stands as a bridge of grace, connecting cultures, transforming lives, and building a global movement of hope in Christ. Together, we proclaim His glory and extend His kingdom from Texas to Taiwan and beyond.
“How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent?” (Romans 10:14-15)

What We Believe
The Word of God
We affirm the Bible as the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God, serving as the foundation for all our teaching, preaching, and practice.
The Triune God
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who is sovereign over all creation and history.
Salvation by Grace through Faith
We proclaim that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. Human beings, created in God’s image, have fallen into sin and are in need of redemption, which is accomplished through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The Church
We uphold the Church as the body of Christ, called to worship God, edify believers, and evangelize the world. We are committed to planting and nurturing Reformed and covenantal churches that reflect the love and justice of God.
The Great Commission
In obedience to Christ’s command, we are dedicated to making disciples of all nations, teaching them to observe all that He has commanded. This involves cross-cultural missions, theological education, and compassionate service.
Our ministry is shaped by MTW’s core values:
The Gospel Centrality: We center our lives and ministry on the gospel, recognizing it as the power of God for salvation and transformation.
The Church: We prioritize the establishment and growth of the local church as God’s primary instrument for His redemptive work in the world.
Reformed Theology: We are committed to the doctrines of grace as expressed in the Reformed faith, guiding our understanding of God’s sovereignty and human responsibility.
Covenantal Relationships: We value partnerships and collaboration within the global body of Christ, working together in unity for the advancement of the gospel.
Mercy, Justice, and the Love of God: We seek to demonstrate God’s love through acts of mercy and justice, reflecting His compassion for the marginalized and oppressed.
The Kingdom of God: We labor with the hope and assurance that God’s kingdom is advancing, anticipating the day when Christ will return to make all things new.
By integrating these core values with our Reformed theological convictions, we strive to faithfully serve as ambassadors of Christ, building bridges of grace from Texas to Taiwan and beyond.
